Dancing for you to Amy Winehouse and you with that smile and on your face, Sailing out of Venice was unforgettable. You camping it up on Canal Street. Me supposedly going to help you on your stall and me staying in bed instead. Backing into you and knocking you over on a snowy night because I was driving your van and did not see you. I think I broke some ribs! I must admit Claudia and I were giggling. Going to the Half Moon pub, Harrow-on-Hill listening to bands. You waiting for me at Manchester Piccadilly on a Friday evening. Me getting you to go on a walk which you weren't happy about but afterwards insisting we get in the van so you could find out how many miles we had walked! You dancing to Madness. You dressed up for a fancy dress as Juan Ker. Eating that lovely curry in the Lake District. Staying in Ruthin, North Wales. Going to the top of Snowdon. Nights round Sharon and Shauns. Meeting your mates in the pub in Astley on a Friday evening. Making you the anchovy and chilli pasta dish you liked so much for the first time. Drinking wine and listening to music in your study.
